DomownicyStudent life at one address.

Domownicy is a fictional operator of private student residences. Its website presents Olchowa 24 by the pond: the building in 3D, a garden, a court and a shared roof lounge. Scrolling takes the camera through those places, while prices and a form help visitors choose a room for their studies.

What is there beyond the room?

Students compare prices, bills, distance and living conditions. Parents ask about reception and safety. A photograph of a bed does not answer those questions.

The page needs to show what monthly rent covers and what happens beyond the room: a garden, a court, a shared kitchen and somewhere to study.

The place and the offer on one page

The page combines views of the building and grounds with services, prices and booking information. Scrolling moves through four locations in the 3D scene.

Each chapter changes the camera position, lens and light. Rendering pauses whenever no scene section is visible.

Stages of work

  1. 01

    Residence and setting

The building with its Domownicy sign, garden, court, kayak jetty and festoon lights after dark.

  2. 02

    Four chapters

Each place has its own camera, lens and light. Scrolling connects them into a single walk.

  3. 03

    Rooms and prices

Three room types, monthly rent, availability and a calculator for the cost of a stay including the deposit.

  4. 04

    The roof lounge

A shared space with a kitchen, table, study area and terrace, ready to walk through in the browser.

  5. 05

    Images and the 3D scene

Views from the model, photographs based on them and a working page even without the 3D scene.

From the first view to choosing a room

  1. 01

    A room with everything included

The hero shows the residence across the pond. Beside it is one fee covering the room, utilities, internet, cleaning of shared areas and reception around the clock.

  2. 02

    The residence grounds

Scrolling takes the camera to four places. At the end, dusk falls and the festoons and Domownicy sign light up.

  3. 03

Room types and a cost calculator

Tabs show a studio, a room for two and a private room in a shared flat. The calculator accounts for the floor, garden side, a 10 or 12 month stay and a refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent.

  4. 04

    Step into the shared lounge

A separate walkthrough opens roof lounge B-503. Visitors can walk from the kitchen and shared table to the sofa, quiet room and terrace, opening doors and changing the lights.

  5. 05

From choosing a room to the form

The hero search passes the start date and room type to the booking form. Available places and rent come from the same illustrative inventory as the prices. The form checks its fields and shows a demonstration message without sending any data.

Details

Images while the scene loads

Each section has its own still view. On supported computers the scene loads behind the page and takes over the hero smoothly. Phones and browsers without WebGPU keep the photographs, copy and forms.

Images from the same model

The building and lounge photographs were made from renders of those same scenes. Camera, massing and layout are shared by the photographs and walkthrough. The page explains this in its footer.

Demonstration data

Prices, tabs, search and availability use shared data. The page explains that the brand, prices and testimonials are illustrative and the forms send nothing. The other four cities have information cards, without separate 3D scenes.

Visitors can see what the monthly fee covers

Visitors can explore the grounds, check the services and cost of a stay, then walk through the shared lounge. The information and the space form one offer.
